As part of this commitment, our management team recently conducted an on-site visit to a leading oilfield equipment manufacturer in China, reinforcing our dedication to quality assurance through firsthand inspection.

On 30 March 2026, Mr. Xipo Zhang (Managing Director) and Mr. Dom Merritt (Vice President) visited Shandong Weima Equipment Science & Technology Corporation Limited, accompanied by senior representatives from Sinopec headquarters.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in the Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shandong Province, Weima is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a “Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative ‘Little Giant’” enterprise in China. With over a decade of deep expertise in oil equipment manufacturing, the company has evolved into a comprehensive high-end manufacturer providing integrated solutions across drilling, completion, and cementing tools for oil, natural gas, shale oil, and shale gas development.

During the visit, the Axiom Edge Solutions team toured the production facilities, closely observing manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and operational standards. We engaged directly with frontline workers to understand production protocols and held in-depth discussions with the management team regarding their technical capabilities and development strategies.

Weima holds more than 200 patents and has established full industry chain coverage in its core drilling tool business. The company applies advanced technologies such as ultra-long smooth transition upsetting, full-length heat treatment, full-length non-destructive testing, and high-temperature internal coating systems (WT series). These capabilities position its products among the top tier in the industry.

Weima has consistently ranked first in Sinopec’s drill pipe tenders for multiple consecutive years and is a Class A supplier to PetroChina, as well as a key supplier to CNOOC.
