His career spans both Eastern and Western markets, bringing a wealth of global expertise in the energy sector.
Holding a degree in Petroleum Engineering, he has also completed Executive Education in Business Analytics and Business Management, equipping him with a strategic approach to leading in today’s dynamic industry.

Vice President
Don Merritt is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Engineering, sales, marketing, and business development across the oil and gas, mining, and industrial communication sectors. A mechanical engineer by training, Don has excelled in roles ranging from managing global accounts with Schlumberger to leading startups in new countries. He specializes in strategic planning, and building authentic customer relationships.
With extensive international experience in Canada, the U.S., Australia and Asia, Don combines technical expertise with a strategic vision to deliver results. His strong leadership skills, coupled with a creative and customer-centric approach, make him a driving force in achieving business transformation and market success.

Xuewei Peng
Technical Manager
Xuewei Peng is an accomplished petroleum engineer and project manager with expertise in the energy sector. She has managed key projects, including a E&P PaaS and SaaS project at CNPC Kunlun Digital Technology and led the Curriculum Transformation Project at Edith Cowan University.
Xuewei holds a Master of Project Management from ECU and a Master of Engineering Science in Petroleum Engineering from UNSW. Certified by Engineers Australia, she is skilled in Python, CMG, and Petrel. Her strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities make her a valuable asset in the energy industry.

Chunyang Zou
Petroleum Engineer
Chunyang Zou is a highly accomplished petroleum engineer with extensive expertise in the energy sector. He has successfully managed key projects, including the construction of jack-up drilling platforms and the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project at Guangzhou Huangpu Shipbuilding Marine Engineering Co., Ltd.
Chunyang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from the China University of Petroleum (East China) and a Master of Engineering Science in Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University. He is a certified member of Engineers Australia. With exceptional execution capabilities, technical expertise, and strong problem-solving skills, Chunyang is a valuable asset to the energy industry.

Commercial Manager & Secretary General
With 26 years of distinguished business service at Chevron, including 15 years as Secretary General to Chevron Australia’s Executive team, Phoebe offers a wealth of administration and commercial expertise honed at the highest levels of the organization. She holds a diploma in English Studies and is also certified in Business Management and Accounting, equipping her with a comprehensive skill set that bridges communication, business strategy, and financial acumen.
