Machining Range

Capable of meeting the demands for machining various foundational components, plates, housings, molds, and other precision parts. It enables the completion of milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and rigid tapping in a single setup with high efficiency and precision.

Structural and Functional Features

  • The bed, worktable, column, crossbeam, and slider are all made from high-strength cast iron and undergo secondary aging treatment, ensuring excellent vibration resistance and long-term stability.

  • To accommodate heavy-duty machining, the column and crossbeam are integrally cast with an internal ribbed structure for optimal strength. The bed and machining areas adopt a cross-rib design, significantly enhancing accuracy, stability, and service life.

  • The gantry width extends to 1800 mm, providing a spacious machining area for larger workpieces.

  • The three-axis structure features an optimized symmetrical design, ensuring operational stability and excellent thermal accuracy.

  • The Z-axis is equipped with dual hydraulic counterbalance cylinders, offsetting approximately 80% of the ram's weight. This ensures smoother and more stable operation of the Z-axis.

  • The fully enclosed gear transmission system features a compact layout with high-precision Grade 5 gears. This ensures excellent transmission accuracy, enabling the standard 6000 rpm mechanical BT50 spindle to achieve high torque output of up to 676 Nm with a two-speed gearbox.

  • The spindle and gearbox are equipped with a centralized cooling system, ensuring machining precision and maintaining long-term stability.

  • Linear guideways and ball screws are paired with an automatic centralized lubrication system, reducing costs while creating an efficient and environmentally friendly operational process.
