01. High-Power Mechanical Spindle

The spindle adopts oil-air lubrication and dual-layer cooling seals to minimize the impact of temperature rise on machining precision.
02. Drive System
The machine's transmission adopts a two-speed mechanical gearbox, enabling spindle speeds ranging from 2 to 2500 rpm. The transmission gears are precision-ground, providing high transmission accuracy and durability. The drive system features a simple structure, reliable performance, smooth operation, and easy maintenance.
03. Heavy-Duty Sliding Saddle
The sliding saddle is designed with a heavy-duty structure to improve rigidity and ensure powerful cutting performance. It is equipped with a rolling linear guideway for enhanced load-bearing capacity and cutting precision. The saddle uses a counterweight pulley structure and centralized lubrication to extend its service life and maximize efficiency.
04. Dual-Drive + Reverse Counterweight System
The spindle feed system employs a dual-drive mechanism with reverse counterweights. This design improves dynamic response, precision, and allows for real-time vertical compensation adjustments.
05. X-Axis Dual Servo Drive
The X-axis adopts a dual servo motor drive, enabling high-speed, backlash-free feed motion for improved efficiency and performance.
06. High-Rigidity Guideways
The X and Y axes utilize high-rigidity linear guideways with a width of 65 mm, providing smooth, low-resistance motion. The Z-axis adopts rolling linear guideways to enhance machining stability.
07. Automatic Tool Head Changing System
The machine can be customized with various tool heads to accommodate different machining requirements. Optional tool heads include boring heads, milling heads, five-axis heads, and rotary heads. The integrated automatic tool head changing system ensures rapid and convenient tool replacement, significantly improving machining efficiency.
08. Precision Compensation System
This system includes a spindle compensation system and a ram compensation mechanism. It automatically adjusts for deformation caused by temperature changes and varying load conditions, ensuring consistent machining precision. The compensation system integrates dual servo drives and hydraulic pressure systems to achieve high accuracy and reliability.
